Hi, I’m Katharine — and I’m passionate about helping couples find their way back to each other.

I understand how painful it can feel when your relationship starts to feel disconnected, tense, or uncertain. When the communication breaks down or the same patterns keep repeating, it’s easy to feel stuck and unsure of how to move forward. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to reconnect in a way that feels real and lasting.

I believe the relationship itself is the client. With the right support, even the most complex and layered relationships can begin to heal. Together, we’ll work to rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create a clearer path forward—one that feels aligned with the relationship you both want.

I also bring my own lived experience into this work. I’ve been married, divorced, and remarried, and I’ve experienced both step-parenting and biological parenting. I understand firsthand how nuanced and meaningful relationships can be, and I bring that perspective into every session with care, honesty, and empathy.
