Helping You Reconnect, Heal, and Build the Relationship You Deserve

Hi, I’m Carole — and for over 20 years, I’ve devoted my life’s work to helping couples like you rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and rediscover the joy of being in love. I understand how painful it is when the relationship that once felt so close now feels disconnected, distant, or stuck. My mission is to guide you back to one another — and help you create the strong, fulfilling partnership you both want and deserve. I believe that even the most challenging relationships can heal with the right support and guidance. Together, we’ll uncover what’s keeping you apart and build a roadmap back to closeness, understanding, and lasting love.

Why Couples Trust My Expertise

A woman with dark wavy hair wearing a white blazer is smiling while talking to two other people with gray hair, one in a plaid shirt and the other in a white t-shirt, sitting at a table during a conference or meeting in a decorated room with a banner and projector screen in the background.

When you’re investing your time, energy, and heart into repairing your relationship, you deserve to work with someone who truly understands what it takes to help couples heal and thrive. My approach is grounded in decades of clinical experience, specialized training, and a deep commitment to guiding couples toward lasting love. I combine science-backed methods with genuine compassion so you can feel confident that you’re in capable, caring hands every step of the way.

I bring decades of hands-on clinical experience and advanced training to the work I do. As a Certified Gottman Couples Therapist and Certified Emotionally Focused Therapist (EFT), I use two of the most effective, research-based approaches in the world for transforming relationships. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a presenter for The Art and Science of Love Gottman Couples Workshop, an immersive, research-based weekend experience designed to help couples deepen intimacy, strengthen communication, and build lasting love.

I’m also an AAMFT Approved Supervisor, mentoring and training the next generation of therapists and continually advancing the field of couples therapy.
